Il Toscano is an artisan pasta bar in Terrigal and Long Jetty. We offer express hand-made Italian meals to the people and families of the Central Coast.

We’re looking for someone to join our team!

The role is diverse and includes:

⁃ Preparation and replenishment of the deli display and floor.

- welcome customers, serving food, organize table and bookings.

⁃ Assisting with food preparation

⁃ Sampling & promoting lines to customers

⁃ Taking orders and payments from customers, and offering a high quality customer experience

⁃ Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation throughout the shop

⁃ Assisting in other day to day operations

The successful applicant must:





⁃ Have a high standard of customer service and be comfortable talking to a wide variety of people

⁃ Have a high standard of food safety and hygiene

⁃ Be well organized

- RSA (Mandatory)

⁃ Have a real passion for quality food and presentation

You will be required to work from Tuesday to Sunday from 5:00pm to close

Please note: we have two restaurant. So the shifts may be subject to slight variation location.

We will however guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week with the possibility to progress to full-time and greater responsibilities, should the successful applicant demonstrate the appropriate skills and abilities to the team.
