We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and passionate Café Cook to join our team on either a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. You will lead the kitchen operations during busy service windows, preparing high-quality breakfast, lunch, and specialty menu items. - Execute Menu Items: Prep, cook, and beautifully plate all breakfast and lunch orders according to standard recipes.
- Manage Food Prep: Ensure all ingredients are fresh, stocked, chopped, and properly stored before peak service rush.
- Maintain Food Hygiene: Adhere strictly to local food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness regulations.
- Control Inventory: Monitor stock levels, track waste, and communicate reordering needs to management.
- Work Efficiently: Handle high-volume rushes with speed and composure while maintaining consistent quality.
- Collaborate: Communicate smoothly with front-of-house staff to ensure orders are served accurately and on time.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven Experience:



Minimum 1–2 years of experience cooking in a commercial kitchen or fast-paced café setting.
- Technical Skills: Knife skills and confidence operating commercial grills, ovens, and fryers.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible daytime shifts, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Certifications: Relevant certification in Food Safety/Handling (or willingness to obtain it immediately).
- Speed & Punctuality: Excellent time management skills with a reputation for being punctual and dependable.
