We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand / Food Preparation Worker to join our busy café located just outside Adelaide Airport.
This is a regular weekday position, working Monday to Thursday with a 6:30am start. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is organised, and takes pride in maintaining high food and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients and café food items
- Preparing sandwiches, salads and other food
- Assisting with general kitchen duties
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen
- Cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas
- Stock preparation and basic kitchen organisation
- Assisting the kitchen team during busy periods
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
About you
The successful applicant will be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a busy café environment
- Able to work efficiently under pressure

- Well organised and able to follow instructions
- Committed to maintaining good food hygiene and cleanliness
- Available Monday to Thursday from 6:30am
Previous café, kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right person.
