About the Role

As the Clinic Manager (Retail), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, lead and inspire the team, manage customer experiences, and ensure the clinic consistentlymeets its sales and service targets. You’ll work closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage all clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service

 Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-desk staff and therapists

 Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across every client interaction

 Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective team management and

strategic planning

 Manage rosters, scheduling, stock control, and supply chain processes

 Conduct staff performance reviews and manage ongoing development

 Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment in line with brand

standards

 Oversee promotional campaigns, local marketing initiatives, and customer retention

strategies

 Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care

Skills & Attributes

 Proven retail and customer service management experience.





 Strong leadership and team-building skills

 High level of customer service with the ability to build client loyalty

 Sales-focused mindset with a history of achieving revenue targets

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

 Strong organisational and time management skills

 Tech-savvy and comfortable using clinic or appointment booking software

Qualifications & Experience

 Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail or clinic management role

 Diploma or higher in Business, Management with a focus on sales and marketing.

 Experience in a body sculpting, cosmetic, or wellness clinic is highly advantageous

but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

 Full-time position with a salary range of $74,000–$80,000 per annum, based on

experience
