Please apply if you have experience with people with physical disabilities ad are confident with manual handling and or have manual handling training and possess incredible communication and 'thinking outside the box' skills.

We are looking for compassionate, self motivated, energetic candidates with the X-factor to apply as we would love to speak with you ASAP! Availability to start immediately. Regular and ongoing shifts offered.

Shifts on offer:

- Plenty of shift opportunities ranging from morning, afternoon and evening times.
- Most shifts are a minimum of 3 hours and some can be up to 7 hours long.
- Shifts are to support participants in their home and other shifts can be to accompany them out in the community

Requirements of the job: You must have the some of the following to offer us otherwise we will not offer you an interview.

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)
- Certificate IV Disability (Ideal)
- NDIS Screening Check (Must/Compulsory Requirement)
- Police Check (Must)
- Updated First Aid/CPR (Must)
- Manual Handling exposure/training (Preferred/Ideal)
- NDIS Module one completed (Essential)




- WWCC (for all work opportunities)
- Any other Career development Certificate such as PRN Medication, Medication Administration, Person-Centered Active Support, Epilepsy/Seizure Management, PEG Feeding or Positive Behaviour Support will be highly regarded and welcomed.

It is not necessary to have all certificates however we would love to see some of the above on offer. A license and car is definitely essential for this role as it involves working remotely in the participants home. We also encourage having full comprehensive car insurance as you will be transporting client's in your own car.

Pay: $32.00 – $70.00 per hour
