Experienced Barista / All-Rounder Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team at All Day Tre. This role suits someone who is passionate about specialty coffee, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and brings strong all-round café skills. We are after a young like minded individual who wants become part of our community cafe.

About You:

- Multiple years of experience working as a barista in a busy café environment
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and milk texturing
- Confident across a range of brewing methods (e.g. espresso, batch brew, pour-over, alternative methods)
- Able to dial in coffee independently and maintain consistency throughout service
- Able to handle Large volumes of coffee independently ( Cafe does 30-40kg per week)




- A true all-rounder — comfortable with customer service, POS, food handling, cleaning, and general café operations
- Reliable, organised, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on quality and customer experience

Responsibilities:

- Preparing high-quality coffee to a consistent standard
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Managing grinder adjustments and maintaining brewing equipment
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Supporting the team across all areas of the café as needed
