Best & Less has an opportunity for a Permanent Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Mackay store. This role is ideal for someone seeking to grow their career in retail and progress into a future management position.

As a Team member your role will include

- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.




- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. Youll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting

As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has:

- 2-3 years’ experience in retail in a high volume store (preferred)
- Really passionate about customer experience
- Positive attitude - we can teach the rest!
- Eager to learn
- Desire to develop your career in retail
