The Role

We are seeking a dependable Bulky Goods Delivery Driver & Warehouse Storeperson as our business continues to grow. This is a hands-on role combining local delivery driving around Greater Sydney and warehouse operations, suited to someone physically fit, safety-focused, and reliable.

You will primarily be responsible for delivery of bulky commercial refrigeration equipment using a company-provided light rigid vehicle with tailgate and manual handling equipment. Depending on workload demands, you will also assist with warehouse picking, container unloading, forklift operation and handling bulky goods with care.

This role is offered on a casual basis initially, with a clear pathway to full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Duties (Primary Responsibility)

- Perform deliveries of commercial white goods to hospitality venues in the Sydney Metro area as an alternate driver (depending on the workload)
- Safely secure, load and unload bulky equipment using tailgate and manual handling tools and techniques to ensure safe transport
- Verify orders and quality of products before departure from the warehouse
- Maintain accurate proof-of-delivery documentation
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Interact professionally and proactively with customers and our customer service team regarding delivery schedules and potential delays




- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices

Warehouse Duties (Secondary Responsibility)

- Operate electric counterbalance forklifts (LF licence required)
- Pick and dispatch bulky commercial white goods accurately
- Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently
- Assist with stock organisation and general warehouse upkeep
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Skills & Requirements

Essential

- Honest, positive, responsible, can-do attitude with ability to work independently and in a team
- Physically strong and fit, with good manual handling awareness
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
- Light Rigid (LR) vehicle licence or higher
- Willingness to undergo a police check and driving record check

Desirable

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience delivering to hospitality, retail, or commercial sites
- Experience handling bulky or heavy goods
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience using tailgates, pallet jacks, and load restraints
