- Operational role for an experienced manager within aged care
- Full time contract for 6 months with view of going permanent

We are seeking an experienced Manager to work across numerous regional hubs and assist with leadership of clinical and non clinical staff, lead team development and enhance the quality of care delivered in Community Care across Newcastle Region.

Duties include:

- Oversee all operations and work closely with the community care hubs to the delivery high-quality, person-centred care services across the region
- Manage clinical operations, care resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure effective and compliant service delivery
- Staff appraisals and allocating training to staff for high quality care
- Coordinate workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, onboarding,



and ongoing development of care staff
- Marketing and creating a positive reputation for the organisation
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance frameworks, legislation, and organisational policies

We are looking for the following experience:

- Experience working within Aged Care and more specifically Home and Community Care
- Experience leading, coaching, mentoring and developing teams
- Drivers License and Reliable Transport

This position is working on a 6 month contract with view of going permanent for the right person.
