Owner Drivers Wanted – 2T Vans

Lime Scooters/Bikes Contract | Brisbane | Immediate Start

Calling all owner drivers with 2-tonne vans. PicUp is onboarding drivers for our Lime electric scooters/bikes contract across inner-metro Brisbane, with consistent work available immediately.

This is hands-on, physical work with strong earning potential for reliable operators who want volume, flexibility, and the option to scale earnings fast.

The Work (Task Types Explained)

You’ll be completing one or more of the following Lime task types across Brisbane:

Move
Repositioning Lime e-bikes between locations to balance demand.

Retrieval
Collecting bikes from streets, depots, or designated zones and returning them to hubs or warehouses.

Swap
Swapping depleted batteries for charged ones to keep bikes active in high-demand areas.

Deploy
Collecting bikes from the warehouse and rolling bikes back out into the field after charging, maintenance, or rebalancing.

All work involves loading and unloading Lime e-scooters & e-bikes, typically 10–30kg, across inner-metro suburbs.

Vehicle & Driver Requirements

You must have:

- A 2-tonne van (large, high-roof vans preferred so you can do ALL task types)
- Or can use car/ute/SUV and do SWAP tasks only
- Valid driver’s licence, vehicle registration, and insurance
- A recent model smartphone




- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting

Contractor roles only. ABN required. Must be registered for GST.

Earnings & Flexibility

- 24/7 work available – days, nights, weekends
- Work as much or as little as you want
- Competitive earnings, with the potential to earn up to $800 per shift
- Double-shift option: run two drivers in one van to extend operating hours and significantly increase daily earnings
- Ongoing, consistent work for valuable performers and opportunity to expand your fleet within the Lime contract and PicUp network

Top drivers who run double shifts (2 x drivers per van) and stay reliable will earn more. Simple as that.
