We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate Clinical Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate clinical support services, assist healthcare professionals, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and help ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day clinical support activities and services.

Liaise with clinicians, clients, families, and external service providers.

Manage appointments, schedules, referrals, documentation, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.

Support clinicians with administrative and operational requirements.

Monitor service delivery and help resolve issues promptly.

Ensure processes comply with relevant clinical, privacy,



and organisational requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical support processes.

Requirements:

Experience in healthcare, clinical administration, care coordination, or a related field.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach.

Confidence working independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Robust computer and documentation skills.

Pay: $6,500.00 – $7,500.00 per month
