We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Traffic Controllers (TC) and Traffic Management Implementers (TMI) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up, monitoring, and dismantling traffic control schemes safely and efficiently in accordance with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
Operating stop/slow bats and communicating effectively with team members and road users.
Conducting pre-start safety checks, hazard assessments, and maintaining accurate site documentation.
Responding promptly to energetic site requirements and emergency call-outs.
Ensuring full compliance with Queensland workplace health and safety (WHS) legislation and company policies.
Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence.
Strong communication skills and a professional, safety-first attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including day, night, and weekend shifts as required.
Physical fitness suited to outdoor work in various weather conditions.
