About the role

You ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions,

and identify opportunities for improvement. You build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitate productive discussions, and communicate complex ideas in a clear and practical way.

With a customer-focused approach, you support others with empathy, honesty, and professionalism. You are committed to delivering outcomes that improve the experience of students and staff while supporting TAFE NSW’s strategic objectives and values.
