General Labourer / Concrete Core Driller – Casual | Melbourne

Are you a reliable, hard-working labourer looking for casual work in Melbourne? Lightning Bolt Removal is looking for the right people to add to our casual roster.

This is a casual role with adaptable availability - work comes through periodically and we reach out to available crew as jobs arise. There's potential for increased and ongoing hours for the right people.

We operate mostly across South-East and West Melbourne, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling to different sites depending on where the work is.

About the role

Day-to-day duties will include:

- Concrete core drilling and associated tasks
- General site labour as directed by the site supervisor
- Site set-up and pack-down at the start and end of each day
- Keeping the worksite clean, tidy, and safe throughout the day
- Assisting trades with materials, equipment, and general support
- Operation of power tools and hand tools as required
- Medium to heavy lifting — you must be physically capable of sustained manual labour

What we're looking for





- Current White Card (General Construction Induction) — mandatory, applications without one will not be considered
- Physically fit and capable of sustained medium to heavy manual work
- Comfortable working with power tools on a construction site
- Prior construction site experience preferred but not essential - attitude and reliability matter most
- Punctual, dependable, and a good team player
- Valid Australian work rights
- Driver's licence and reliable transport to get yourself to site

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
