Job Description

About the role:
As a Speech Pathologist within Therapy and Family Services, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention to infants, children and adults across a range of programs including NDIS and school-based services.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll work flexibly across settings, supporting clients and families to achieve meaningful communication outcomes. You’ll be part of a supportive interdisciplinary team, with opportunities to contribute to service development, mentoring, and professional growth.

This is a flexible role where you may work across different settings, including clinics, homes, schools and community locations. Some outreach travel may be required.

Main responsibilities of the role include:
Deliver speech and language assessments and evidence-based intervention
Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet individual needs
Manage a caseload, including documentation, reporting and progress tracking
Work collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals
Contribute to multidisciplinary care and coordinated service delivery
Participate in career development, supervision and quality improvement

About you:
You’re a skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist who is passionate about helping people build communication,



confidence and independence.

In your application, let us know if you have these key skills and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia
Strong understanding of evidence-based and family-centred practice
Ability to manage a caseload independently
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team

You should also let us know if you have these other great skills:

Experience working with Deaf and hard of hearing clients
Auslan skills or willingness to learn
Experience in telepractice or outreach services
Ongoing professional development in relevant areas
