RETAIL STORE MANAGER

The Clothing Space | 30 hours per week

We’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and capable Retail & Store Manager to join our team.

Hours will be Tuesday to Saturday 10-4pm (approx 30 hours per week)

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys retail, takes pride in creating a great customer experience and is confident running a store independently.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, including:

- Opening and closing the store independently
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience
- Managing sales and operating the POS system
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Receiving, organising and processing stock
- Managing the store’s daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Communicating professionally with customers and rack rente
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented
- Assisting with social media and promoting the store when required
- Identifying issues and using initiative to resolve them
- Working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:





- Extremely reliable and trustworthy
- Confident working independently without constant supervision
- Organised, responsible and highly self-motivated
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Comfortable dealing with customers and handling difficult situations calmly
- Experienced in retail or store management
- Confident using technology and POS systems
- Well presented and takes pride in their work
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Someone who sees what needs to be done and simply gets on with it

Most importantly, we need someone we can trust to take ownership of the store

This is a great prospect for someone looking for a stable, full-time position within a growing Australian fashion and resale business. It will be a casual role to start and progress to full time for the right applicant
