Maintenance Plumber | Adelaide

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Adelaide. This is a permanent opportunity supporting a diverse portfolio of healthcare, aged care, commercial and residential facilities across metropolitan Adelaide.

The Opportunity

Working within a highly regarded facilities management team, you'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a range of client sites. No two days are the same, with exposure to a variety of building services, asset maintenance programs, and project works.

Key Responsibilities

- Planned maintenance and asset lifecycle replacements

- Reactive and emergency plumbing repairs

- Fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting

- Minor project and improvement works

- Maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards

- Building positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders

- Participation in an on-call roster

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Current Plumbing Licence

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance plumbing environment

- Experience working across commercial, healthcare, aged care, or facilities management environments

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills





- Current Manual Driver's Licence

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Highly Regarded

- Experience with Rinnai, Rotex, Zip and pump systems

- Gasfitting Licence

- Backflow Prevention Accreditation

- Roofing and Guttering experience

- Working With Children Check
