Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality education and care to meet the individual learning needs of each child.
- Design and implement creative and educational programs that promote children's social, emotional, language, physical, and cognitive development.
- Interact with children both in group and one-on-one settings, encouraging positive behaviors and good habits.
- Actively engage with parents and families to collaboratively support children's growth and learning.
- Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean learning environment, adhering to all relevant policies, regulations, and standards.
- Track and document each child's developmental progress, providing regular assessments and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks, participate in staff meetings,



and engage in professional development training.

Requirements:

- Passionate about education and child development, with a positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with parents, colleagues, and children.
- Previous experience in early childhood education is preferred, though new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid certification, and other relevant certifications (preferred).
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $36.01 – $47.81 per hour
