Life With Purpose Home Care is a growing disability and community support provider committed to helping people live safely, independently and confidently in their own homes and communities.

We are currently looking for reliable, professional and experienced Casual Cleaners to join our team and provide high-quality domestic cleaning services in our clients’ homes across Western Sydney.

About the Role

As a Casual Cleaner with LWP Homecare, you will travel to clients’ homes and assist them in maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable living environment.

Your duties may include:

- General household cleaning
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets and kitchens
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning bedrooms and common areas
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Laundry and light household duties where required
- Emptying bins and maintaining general household cleanliness
- Following client-specific cleaning instructions and support requirements
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely
- Reporting any concerns regarding the client’s home environment to the appropriate LWP Homecare team member
- Maintaining client privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who is dependable, respectful and takes pride in providing a high standard of cleaning.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous professional or residential cleaning experience
- Robust attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- A friendly,



respectful and professional approach when working in clients’ homes
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and individual client requirements
- A reliable and punctual approach to work

Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to have, or be willing to obtain:

- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check where applicable
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between client locations
- Current Australian working rights

Previous experience working within NDIS, disability support, aged care, home care or community services will be highly regarded but is not essential.
