We’re looking for a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to join our growing hospitality group and help develop an exciting new dessert range.
What You’ll Create
We’re looking for someone experienced in making:
- Cookies & stuffed cookies
- Cinnamon rolls
- Cheesecakes
- Brownies
- Milk cakes
- Matilda cakes
- Sticky date pudding
- Cakes, pastries & other desserts
We also want your ideas. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, develop new recipes and create desserts from scratch.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong pastry, cake and dessert experience
- Creative with current flavours and dessert concepts
- Able to develop recipes from scratch
- Fast, organised and comfortable with high-volume production
- Understanding of costing, consistency and presentation
- Able to take ownership and eventually lead a pastry section
We’re not looking for someone who just follows recipes. We want someone who can create them.
