Dudley's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages;

- Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience in various clinical settings, including: Medical, Surgical, Perioperative and Mental Health.
- Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Through our structured Graduate Nurse Program, you'll receive dedicated support from a preceptor, supernumerary shifts and regular educator check-ins. Qualifications

- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma of Nursing.
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
