What You'll Be Responsible For

- day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency & quality
- Implement and uphold rigorous standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, presentation
- Collaborate with the ownership group to drive brand development, process improvements & scale
- Bring new ideas, energy, and leadership to every shift

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Chef, cook or sandwich hand in similar kitchen role preferably in a fast-casual environment




- Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a stickler for standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and operational skills
- Passion to be part of a growing brand. You want to lead, not just follow
- Weekend availability
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
- weekend availability required for both Saturdays and Sundays
