We're looking for an organised and proactive Greenstock Administrator to join a leading landscaping business in Osborne Park. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with nurseries, suppliers and project teams to ensure quality plants are sourced and delivered on time for commercial landscaping projects.

What you'll be doing

- Source plants and liaise with nurseries across WA
- Negotiate pricing, availability and delivery schedules
- Raise purchase orders and reconcile supplier invoices
- Coordinate plant deliveries to project sites
- Prepare reports,



manage budgets and recommend suitable plant substitutions
- Work closely with project managers, site supervisors and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly.

What we're looking for

- Horticulture or nursery experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Commercial mindset with good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Current driver's licence (essential)
- Horticultural qualification highly regarded.
