We are looking for a highly experienced, fast and confident Barista to join our busy café and restaurant team in Narrabeen.

This position is not suitable for beginners. We operate in a fast-paced environment, particularly on weekends, so you must be comfortable handling a high volume of coffee orders while maintaining excellent quality and presentation.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of barista experience
- Previous experience working in a busy, high-volume café or restaurant
- Excellent coffee-making and milk texturing skills
- Strong latte art skills are essential
- Must be fast, efficient and confident during busy service
- Able to maintain consistent coffee quality under pressure
- Good organisation and ability to keep the coffee station clean and well stocked




- Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills
- Reliable and a strong team player
- Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Additional weekday shifts are versatile and can be selected based on your availability

We are looking for an experienced Barista who can confidently step into a busy coffee station and work efficiently from the start.
