Part-Time Medical Receptionist – Specialist Practice (Plastic Surgery & Gynaecology)

We are a well-established, patient-focused specialist practice in the Eastern Suburbs, known for our compassionate and friendly atmosphere, seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone looking for permanency.

This will be a part-time role, working four days per week, week days only. We offer a supportive environment and the opportunity to work across both plastic surgery and gynaecology specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcoming and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism

· Managing appointments, phone calls, and enquiries

· Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality

· Processing billing, payments, and Medicare claims

About You:

· Previous experience in a medical reception role is desirable but not essential for the right person

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills





· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· High attention to detail and discretion

· Proficient in practice management software (e.g. Gentu, Genie, or similar) or willingness to learn

· A calm and compassionate approach to patient care
