Panorama Marketing helps businesses grow by generating high-quality leads and appointments. We're expanding into commercial telemarketing and are building a small, focused team of appointment setters to book qualified meetings with business decision-makers. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity — strong performers will have a direct path to earn more as the team scales.

The Role

We're looking for confident, resilient phone-based sales people to cold call commercial prospects and book qualified appointments for our clients. You'll work from home, on your own dedicated phone/dialer setup, as part of a small, tight-knit team.

This isn't a script-reading, box-ticking job — you'll need to build rapport fast, handle objections, and genuinely enjoy the challenge of the phones.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound cold calls to commercial/business prospects from provided lead lists
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for our clients' sales teams
- Log call outcomes and appointment details accurately in our CRM/dialer system
- Hit and exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting targets
- Take coaching and feedback on board to keep improving your close rate





What We're Looking For

- Previous cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or phone sales experience (B2B experience highly regarded, but not essential if you can prove you can talk)
- Clear, confident phone manner and solid spoken English
- Thick skin — you'll hear "no" a lot, and won't let it slow you down
- Self-discipline to work productively from a home environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls
- Full-time availability (approx. 40 hrs/week, business hours)

Pay & Structure

- $27.50/hour base rate
- Plus $20 commission for every commercial appointment you book
- Uncapped commission — the more appointments you set, the more you earn
