Casual Nurse – Gladstone Surgery & Endoscopy

Gladstone Surgery & Endoscopy is seeking a dedicated Nurse (EN or RN) to join our small, supportive surgical team. This role is ideal for someone who values patient‑centered care, enjoys working in a close-knit environment, and takes pride in maintaining high clinical standards.

About the Role

- Pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care
- Assisting with minor surgical procedures
- Wound care and Removal of Sutures
- Monitoring patients and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Infection control, sterilisation, and theatre preparation
- Supporting doctors and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration
- Solid clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and a calm, reassuring manner




- Ability to work autonomously in a small team
- Experience in general practice, day surgery, or procedural nursing (preferred but not essential)
