What you’ll do
In this pivotal role, you will optimise Woolworths’ eCommerce delivery and collection experiences by blending commercial strategy with intuitive digital design. Partnering across operations, technology, and digital customer experience teams, you will ensure our front-end promises match our fulfillment capabilities to deliver a frictionless, customer-first journey. By leading key initiatives like "Direct to Boot Now," optimizing delivery window presentations, and shaping our Delivery Unlimited subscription, you will directly reduce costs, accelerate eCommerce growth, and boost overall customer advocacy.

Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyse slot performance, window utilisation, and checkout drop-offs to pinpoint and resolve digital and operational friction points.
- UX/UI Journey Mapping: Partner with DCX designers and product managers to map and wireframe the checkout journey for delivery slots and Delivery Unlimited touchpoints.
- Capacity & Window Management:
Coordinate with fulfilment teams to dynamically adjust front-end window displays based on real-time fleet, store, and CFC capacity.
- Partner & Vendor Relations: Manage delivery partner relationships to resolve operational issues and execute cost-saving initiatives.
- Customer Insights & NPS: Review post-purchase feedback and delivery NPS to prioritise and drive continuous UX and operational improvements.
- Business Cases & Reporting: Develop business cases and reporting frameworks for new delivery features, promotions, subscription updates, and strategic initiatives.

They will excel at translating complex operational data into intuitive digital experiences that delight the customer at every touchpoint. Additionally will bring;

5+ years of operational experience: Proven track record in commercial or eCommerce delivery, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics, enhance performance, and reduce costs.
- In-depth eCommerce expertise: Deep knowledge of fulfilment models, checkout UI/UX principles, and digital delivery presentation, paired with a solid grounding in logistics operations.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills: Strong grasp of delivery cost drivers and optimisation techniques, backed by proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a customer-focused mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: A degree in Business, eCommerce, Program Management, or a related field is highly regarded.
