You’ll fit right in if you:

-Have solid experience in specialty coffee

-Can dial in and adjust on the fly during service

-Know your way around espresso, single origins, and filter

-Can handle a busy café without breaking a sweat

-Care about consistency and making people feel welcome

- Can pour swans, rosettas, and tulips without thinking twice

-Can have a good banter to the crowds
