Established digital marketing agency looking for an experienced appointment setter. This is real B2B phone work - calling business owners and booking them into discovery calls with our director.

Straight up about the role:

- It's cold/cool calling. You'll hear "no" a lot more than "yes". If that rattles you, this isn't your gig
- There's a ramp - scripts and lists exist, but expect a few weeks of graft before bookings flow consistently
- We track results weekly: booked appointments that actually show up. That's the job, and it's how you're measured
- 20–25 hrs/week, weekdays, work from home. Flexible on when - not versatile on output

You:

- Proven phone experience - appointment setting,



telesales, recruitment or similar, and you can back it with results
- Thick skin, self-managed, don't need hand-holding or hype to stay on the phones
- Australian-based, sharp spoken English
