Pastry Chef/Baker - Batch Cookie Bar

Batch Cookie Bar is looking for a passionate Baker to join our growing team!

We’re looking for someone who loves baking, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in producing consistently delicious cookies and baked goods.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare and bake our signature cookies and baked goods
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Assist with daily prep, production and kitchen organisation
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently as part of our growing team

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in baking or commercial kitchens
- Reliable, organised and quality-focused
- Fast, hands-on and takes pride in their work
- Passionate about baking and food
- Available Monday–Friday
