Factory Hand – Frame-Tek Group

Frame-Tek Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role producing high-quality prefabricated steel framing products in a fast-paced factory environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

- Day Shift: 6:30am – 2:36pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:10pm

Overtime is sometimes available and may be required to meet production demands.

Skills & Experience

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Competent in operating grinders, riveters and drills
- Previous factory,



manufacturing or steel framing experience is an advantage but not essential
- Forklift licence is desirable but not required

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and manufacture steel framing components
- Read and follow production drawings and specifications
- Safely operate grinders, riveters, drills and other factory equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
