Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service and quality.
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to achieving revenue targets and operational goals.
- Oversee staff training and development, fostering a culture of professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Implement and maintain procedures for optimal efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management/supervisor or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of budgeting, planning, and staff management.
