About the Role

As the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and consistently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

You will be expected to lead by example, support and manage the FOH team, communicate effectively with the kitchen and ensure guests receive a qualified and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Front of House team during service.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Train, mentor and support FOH staff.
- Manage staff performance and ensure expectations and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate daily service and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.
- Manage bookings, table flow and customer enquiries.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints and service issues professionally.
- Communicate closely with the kitchen and management team.
- Assist with staff rostering and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout all FOH areas.
- Ensure staff comply with RSA, food safety,



workplace safety and company procedures.
- Monitor stock and assist with ordering of FOH supplies where required.
- Help create a positive, professional and accountable team culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and the overall guest experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in a FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality role.
- Is confident leading and managing a team.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure restaurant environment.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised, reliable and able to problem-solve quickly.
- Maintains high standards and strong attention to detail.
- Is comfortable giving direction and holding staff accountable.
- Has a professional and positive approach to both customers and team members.
- Is available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
