Glow Healthcare Australia is a provider of aged care, disability support, therapeutic services, complex care, and child and youth services in across NSW. We offer staff to various healthcare facilities and prioritize collaboration, partnership, and brokerage of services in aged care, disability, mental health, and for carers. Our mission is to positively impact the community through integrated and networked service providers.

Key responsibilities:

- Experience in managing challenging clients and difficult environment. Provide personal care, assistance with support to disable individuals.
- Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence.
- Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
- Manage challenging behaviours and provide support.
- Maintain a secure and supportive environment for clients.





Qualification:

- Must be Greek speaking support workers
- Australian work rights
- National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS verification check or willing to get one
- Minimum 6 months of experience as support worker
- Diver licensee with access to car is must.
