Tuross Head Therapy & Support is looking for a kind, reliable and skilled casual support worker to assist local clients primarily with transport, appointments and community access.
This role would suit someone looking for a small number of casual hours with the potential to grow as our service grows.
Duties may include:
- Driving clients to appointments
- Shopping and errands
- Community access and social outings
- Accompanying clients to appointments when required
- Friendly companionship and practical support
- Occasional light assistance in the home
- Completing brief support notes
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Extremely reliable and punctual
- Kind, patient and respectful
- A safe and confident driver
- Comfortable working independently
- Professional with communication and boundaries
- Genuinely passionate about helping people maintain their independence
You will need:
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable, registered and appropriately insured vehicle
- Relevant worker screening/checks
- Smartphone
- First Aid/CPR preferred
- Previous disability, aged care, support or healthcare experience desirable, but the right attitude and reliability are very important to us

Casual position – initially a small number of hours with the opportunity for additional work as Tuross Head Therapy & Support grows.
