The Role:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Scaffolders to join our team in Brisbane and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and modifying aluminium scaffold structures on residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.

Duties, tasks and responsibilities include:

- Erecting, altering, and dismantling aluminium scaffold structures in compliance with safety and engineering standards.
- Inspecting and maintaining scaffold components to ensure they are safe and serviceable.
- Reading and interpreting scaffold plans and designs.
- Communicating with site supervisors, clients, and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Loading, unloading, and securing scaffolding materials and equipment.




- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in accordance with company safety policies and the Scaffolding Code of Practice 2021.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for scaffolders who are safety-conscious, reliable, and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have robust teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced construction environment.

Key requirements:

- Current High Risk Work Licence (SB, SI, SA)
- Construction White Card
- Experience in aluminium scaffolding systems (e.g. Kwikstage, Quick Ally, or similar)
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take direction and work independently when required

Preferred:

- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Previous experience in residential and commercial scaffolding
- Working at Heights certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
