Your Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the engine room of our project delivery. You will work alongside our Project Managers to ensure every fitout is executed to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Coordination: Manage projects from the initial planning phase through to installation and final client handover.
- Procurement & Tendering: Obtain and compare competitive quotes from suppliers and diverse trades to ensure project profitability.
- Programming: Assist in developing and maintaining construction programs using Microsoft Project.
- Stakeholder Liaison:



Act as a key point of contact for architects, interior designers, shopping center management, and sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.).
- Compliance: Prepare essential pre-start documentation, council permits, and site-specific paperwork.
- Quality Control: Conduct site visits to coordinate installations and ensure workmanship meets our "Gold Standard."

What You Bring

We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in the Australian design or construction industry.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is essential.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the MS Office suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
