About the Role
Join the Cramond PICU team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of consumers experiencing mental health challenges. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, you will deliver recovery-focused care, provide individual case management and help consumers achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
Whether appointed as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse, you will contribute to high-quality mental health care through assessment, education, counselling and therapeutic interventions. You will build strong partnerships with consumers, families and community services, while supporting team development, clinical excellence and continuous improvement across the service.
- Deliver recovery-focused mental health care
- Support case management and care planning
- Build partnerships with consumers and care teams
- Guide and mentor less experienced staff
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence
About You
You are a compassionate and recovery-focused mental health nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment. Whether you are developing your practice as a Registered Nurse or bringing advanced experience as a Clinical Nurse, you are committed to delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for consumers and carers.
- Registered Nurse with NMBA registration and practising certificate
- Mental health qualification completed or working towards
- Deliver recovery-focused care and comprehensive assessments
- Build strong partnerships with consumers and multidisciplinary teams
- Support clinical excellence, mentoring and service improvement
