We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter to join our team. This is a casual position offering consistent hours, with the opportunity for a full time position for the right person.

Your Role

As Head Waiter, you'll lead service from the floor, setting the standard for exceptional hospitality while supporting and mentoring the front-of-house team. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll help deliver seamless service, build a positive team culture and ensure every guest leaves with an outstanding experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead service each shift with confidence and professionalism.

- Deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences.

- Mentor, coach and support junior team members.

- Assist with training and onboarding new employees.

- Maintain exceptional service standards and attention to detail.





- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Build strong product knowledge across our food, wine and beverage offerings.

- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.

- Lead by example, creating a positive and high-performing team environment.

About You

You'll bring:

- Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Section Waiter or Supervisor within a premium restaurant.

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire those around you.

- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.

- Excellent food, wine and beverage knowledge.

- A calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment.

- Full working rights in Australia.

- A current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
