Location: Hearthfire Bakery, Bellingen NSW
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Hours (start times): 10:30am, 2:30pm
We're looking for an experienced baker to join our sourdough production team.
You'll work across dough, bench and ovens, producing artisan sourdough bread for our retail and wholesale customers while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Requirements
- Commercial sourdough baking experience.
- Strong understanding of fermentation and dough handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced production environment.
- High standards of quality and cleanliness.
Current Australian working rights.
