Care Tribe Services is looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide quality care and support to an aged-care participant in Rushworth, VIC.

About the Role

We are seeking a caring and dependable Support Worker who can assist the participant with their day-to-day needs while promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Location: Rushworth, VIC
Position: Support Worker
Employment Type: Casual
Service Type: Support at Home (SaH)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support based on the participant’s needs
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities as required
- Provide companionship and social support
- Support the participant to maintain their independence
- Follow the participant’s care plan and organisational procedures
- Maintain accurate service notes and documentation
- Communicate professionally with the participant and Care Tribe Services team

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Compassionate, respectful, and reliable
- Experienced in aged care or community support




- Able to work independently and follow care plans
- A valuable communicator with a professional approach
- Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or relevant qualification
- Previous experience in aged care or community care
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Relevant Working with Children Check / screening clearance as applicable
- Australian working rights
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
