Ristorante Moretti is looking for experienced floor staff to join our Italian restaurant team in Leichhardt.

This role will start on a casual basis, with full time or part-time hours available depending on your availability and the needs of the restaurant.

You’ll provide warm, professional service in a busy, quality-focused dining environment. Previous experience in an Italian restaurant, or a similar à la carte venue, is strongly preferred.

What we're looking for:

- Proven floor-service experience in an Italian restaurant or similar quality dining venue

- Confident running a section, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and looking after guests throughout their meal

- Friendly, reliable, well presented, and able to work efficiently during busy services

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Availability for evening and weekend shifts

- Current RSA,



or willingness to obtain one

- Ongoing legal working rights in Australia
