Medical Receptionist – Part Time | 4–5 Days per Week

Victoria Harbour Medical Centre – Docklands

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy and friendly general practice.

This is a part-time position working 4–5 days per week, with some Saturday mornings required on a rotating basis.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous medical reception experience – essential
- Ideally has experience working in a busy GP/general practice
- Is confident using medical practice software; Best Practice experience highly regarded
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is professional, friendly and approachable
- Has robust attention to detail and organisational skills
- Can confidently multitask and work in a busy environment
- Works well as part of a team
- Is reliable, punctual and committed to their agreed working days
- Presents professionally and understands the importance of patient confidentiality

Essential requirements

Previous medical reception experience is essential. Applicants without medical reception experience will not be considered.
