Casual Registered or Enrolled Nurse | Work onsite in Mandurah

Experienced RN or EN | Casual | On-site Residential Aged Care

This is an on-site nursing role within Residential Aged Care Homes across Mandurah. Every shift is worked on site. This is not a remote or work from home position.

We're looking for experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses who thrive on clinical judgement, critical thinking and autonomy.

You won't be spending your day completing routine bedside nursing tasks. Instead, you'll be the clinical link between residents, Residential Aged Care Home teams, GPs and Specialists, ensuring residents receive the right care at the right time.

This role requires confident decision-making, robust clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands independently.

If you're early in your nursing career or looking for a traditional bedside or ward-based role, this position is unlikely to be the right fit.

If you're an experienced clinician who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing resident outcomes and being trusted to make decisions that matter, we'd love to hear from you.
