We're recruiting an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading manufacturing site in the Wodonga area. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping a highly automated production facility running efficiently while contributing to ongoing reliability and continuous improvement projects.
The Role As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for:

- Electrical fault finding on production and packaging equipment
- Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response
- PLC fault finding and troubleshooting (advantageous)
- Electrical installations and project work
- Continuous improvement initiatives to increase plant reliability
- Working closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality

About You To be successful you will have:





- A current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Maintenance Electrician within manufacturing
- Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with motors, VSDs, sensors and control systems
- Exposure to PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron or similar)
- A proactive attitude with strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
