Executive and Project Support Officer - VPS4

Melbourne CBD

We are seeking a highly organised and responsive Executive and Project Support Officer to support the Executive Director and senior leadership team within the Inclusive Education Division.

This is a fulltime, ongoing position

In this role, you will provide executive, administrative and workflow management support in a busy environment. You will manage diaries and inboxes, coordinate workflows, track actions and deadlines, support briefs and correspondence, maintain records, and work with a range of stakeholders across the Division.

To succeed, you will have solid organisational skills, sound judgement, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities with flexibility and professionalism.
