- Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through a variety of rotations within Mental Health, including: Addictions, Eating Disorders, Trauma and Adolescents.
- Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications
- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma of Nursing
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
