We are looking for a detail orientated Production and Warehouse Coordinator to be based at our Northern Beaches facility.
This is a hands-on position requiring the ideal candidate to handle the flow of stock from receiving in garments, apparel and/or accessories, count where necessary, and schedule jobs into the production queue. The position requires you to work with the artwork and approvals team, and you'll be required to manage each job from receipt to dispatch.
Deco Depot is a Trade Only garment decorator specialising in Embroidery and Heat transfer production and application. We have national contracts with some of Australia's leading Promotional and Sportswear apparel suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive stock in daily.
- Count and check stock vs customer orders
- Splitting stock to move into either Print or Embroidery production queues
- Speak to clients re status updates on jobs if required
- Work with QC team to ensure highest quality standards are met
- Dispatch jobs to clients and/or blind shipping to end users
- Update production software as jobs move through the production queues
About you:
If you have experience in the garment decoration space (DTF/DTG/Embroidery) this will be highly regarded. General experience in a similar production coordinator role will be highly regarded. Attention to small detail is a must in this role. We require you to stay calm under pressure of deadlines, think with a explicit mind, but above all, enjoy the daily rush of fulfilling orders on time, every time!
Full training will be provided on our custom designed production management platform, data drives and basic use of the embroidery software.
