Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Casual Educator to join our team in Mount Druitt, Blacktown, St Marys in New South Wales. This temporary role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive learning workplace for children. As a Casual Educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of children while ensuring their safety and well-being. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to providing high-quality education and care.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Support the Room Leader in managing daily operations and maintaining a secure and nurturing environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in early childhood education.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised learning space.

Qualifications:





- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an educator in an early childhood setting.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
